The LNWL-5 CNC gabion mesh machine is the high-power generation of Jinlida's hexagonal gabion netting equipment. It produces 110 x 130 mm double-twist hexagonal mesh in a 5300 mm netting width, driven by a 65 kW motor at 33 mesh per minute, with a theoretical output of 245 m/h. Compared with earlier mechanical models, the CNC version replaces manual rack and connecting-rod adjustment with PLC and servo control, so mesh size changes are faster and mesh quality stays consistent from the first roll to the last.
| Style | Mesh Size (mm) | Netting Width (mm) | Wire Diameter (mm) | Weaving Speed (mesh/min) | Motor Power (kw) | Theoretical Output (m/h) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| LNWL5-60 | 60 × 80 | 5300 | 1.6 - 3.2 | 33 | 45 | 165 |
| LNWL5-80 | 80 × 100 | 5300 | 1.6 - 4.0 | 33 | 55 | 195 |
| LNWL5-100 | 100 × 120 | 5300 | 1.6 - 4.0 | 33 | 65 | 225 |
| LNWL5-110 | 110 × 130 | 5300 | 1.6 - 4.2 | 33 | 65 | 245 |
| LNWL5-120 | 120 × 150 | 5300 | 1.6 - 4.2 | 30 | 65 | 255 |
Note: mesh size, netting width, motor power and output can be customized according to the customer's gabion box and mattress specifications.
The 110 x 130 mm gabion mesh produced on this machine is widely used for river bank and slope protection, rockfall and landslide control, retaining walls, road and railway embankment reinforcement, bridge abutment protection and landscaping gabion walls. By changing weaving combs and settings, the same machine can also run 80 x 100 mm and 100 x 120 mm mesh.
Jinlida has specialized in gabion mesh machine manufacturing for nearly 30 years, with its own R&D team covering machine structure, control system and weaving process. The machines are built in Jiangsu, China, assembled and test-run under real production conditions before delivery. For customers upgrading from mechanical machines, the LNWL-5 offers a practical step up in speed, mesh consistency and operating convenience without changing the proven double-twist weaving principle.
